TWO-STEP VERIFICATION

At DoProcess we take data security very seriously and have implemented bank-grade technology to keep you protected. Two-Step Verification (also called Two-Factor Authentication or 2FA) is an extra layer of security that helps DoProcess know you are, well, you.

It’s easier than ever for malicious parties to steal your password these days. Two-Step Verification protects your account and data – even if someone gets hold of your password.

Two-Step Verification only takes a couple of minutes to set up. We’ll ask you for a cell phone number to text you a code. Simply enter the code. Done! Now we know it’s really you accessing your account.

There is no rule that you have to use your own cell phone for Two-Step Verification. If you want to use a colleague’s phone, that works! We just need to know that it’s really you. Most phone plans don’t charge for incoming texts – so it’s an inexpensive, surefire way to secure your information.

Maybe you forgot your cell phone at home. Or the person whose cell phone you use isn’t available. Not a problem! Your Unity office administrator can provide you with a code.

You will need to use Two-Step Verification very infrequently. We’ll only ask you to verify your identity this way when you first set up your user profile, you log in from an unfamiliar device or location, or you reset your password. That’s it.

Your cell phone number will only be used by DoProcess for the explicit purpose of Two-Step Verification and confirming your identity. We won’t share your number, use it for marketing or any other purpose, ever.

With Two-Step Verification, there are no more security questions and answers. Gone are the days when you need to remember the name of your grandmothers’ cat or the model of your first car. Two-Step Verification helps DoProcess keep your account and data protected, so you never have to worry.
